As President of Cottage Vacations and Co-Founder of its sister real estate brokerage, I’ve led the growth and modernization of one of Ontario’s most established cottage rental companies—while launching a real estate arm tailored specifically to cottage country buyers, sellers, and investors. Since stepping into the role in 2022, I’ve focused on bringing the business into the digital age through new systems, smarter operations, and integrated services that support both short-term rentals and property sales. Key Contributions & Wins: - Launched CV Real Estate in spring 2023, expanding the brand into a full-service brokerage that bridges the gap between cottage rentals and ownership. - Directed the full rebuild and relaunch of CottageVacations.com in late 2023, including a modern booking engine and mobile-first user experience. - Rolled out a CRM and streamlined backend systems to support owner relations, reservations, and marketing—all while improving internal workflows. - Strengthened the company’s position in a competitive market by aligning digital strategy with guest and owner needs, driving increases in engagement, conversions, and repeat bookings. - Fostered cross-promotion between rentals and real estate, giving property owners new revenue opportunities and renters a path to ownership.

- Supervised, managed and coordinated trades and workers on various job sites - Organized payroll for a staff of 5-10 daily workers - Directly communicated site progress, delays and requirements to designers, clients and owners -Responsibilities included researching and sourcing new trades and suppliers through online research and business to business communication - Required negotiation tactics and strategic decision making for maximizing client satisfaction

- Managed groups of 30-40 participants and a staff of 2-4 teachers, parents and principals - Responsibilities included coordinating all trip participants, educators, bus drivers, hotel managers, restaurant owners etc. - Worked as a reconnaissance trip leader in Italy, Morocco, Costa Rica and all over the U.S and Canada; was responsible, for all pre-trip research, trip logistics (hotels, restaurants, activities etc.)
