• Assist the store manager in the overall management of daily store operations (and barbershop, as applicable) • Co-develop and implement sales strategies and mechanics to achieve store targets. • Generate and submit regular daily / weekly / monthly reports to HQ. • Serve as a good example of good conduct and co-enforce company policies at store assignment. • Ensure inventory accuracy and exhibit mastery of the Retail Pro system • Properly document and facilitate inventory movement (pull-out and delivery) • Properly facilitate other authorized store activities outside regular operations such as maintenance, • repairs, etc. • Operate the store’s POS system and cash management. • Ensure customer satisfaction by extending the highest level of service to all customers • Possess and volunteer product information to customers. • Attend required meetings and assemblies. • Evaluate staff performance. • All other tasks that may be assigned to me based on situation.
