Started working as a freelance developer in order to pursue my passion of Mobile and Games development. Initially my focus was majorly on game development in Unity3D, and I spent almost a year as self employed and released two games on the PlayStore. Eventually, I broadened my technical skillset and learned Android development, which allowed me to work on Mobile app projects. Worked as a Short-Term-Assignee at the Batangas factory of Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco Corporation (PMFTC) Philippines. PMFTC is an affiliate of Philip Morris International Philippines and holds more than 85% cigarette market share. Batangas factory is the first green-field factory setup by PMI in Asia. It is capable of producing in excess of 30 billion cigarette sticks per year. Main responsibilities of my job are: -To analyze the tobacco requirement, and to source the tobacco from the global warehouses as well as to arrange for direct shipments according to the requirements -Maintain the required inventory based on the duration target through monthly stock reviews -Ensure timely delivery of tobacco to the warehouse in line with the production demands -Optimize the warehouse utilization -Provide yearly tobacco shipment forecast based on the cigarette sales and production requirement estimates My other job responsibilities include: -Provide analysis on the tobacco shipments at the Vigan Stemmery to the higher management -Monitor and analyze the tobacco price, quality and volumes being sold at the tobacco buying stations at Vigan, Santa Cruz and Mindoro and provide recommendations

-Provide Leaf management with a timely planning/reporting system and reports in order to monitor performance against objectives. -Monitor and analyse the reports and alert management of deviations from standards. Review the actual Buying/Proessing figures in order to present how the Leaf team performed in relation to set KPIs. -Prepare reports on monthly basis for Asia Leaf team, based on PMI guidelines. Calculate year to date figures and compare them to the KPIs. -Update and maintain leaf buying/processing statistics to ensure availability of all important data. Provide presentations and charts if required.
