* Assessment of credit application for small and medium sized corporations. * Performing credit analysis based on both qualities and quantitative parameters. * Maintains loan review proficiency through training, seminars, periodicals, etc. Maintains contacts with loan review officers at other banks, regulators, and external auditors.

* Review, analyze, validate, decision and communicate credit applications in accordance with Bank credit policies * Communicate credit decision to dealership and effectively negotiate to “win” desired applications. * Apply quantitative concepts and processes in a judgmental environment to accurately assess risk and balance with expected profitability to the Bank

* Review loan applications of Home Financing, Home Purchase, Home Construction, Home Renovation, Purchase of Land + Construction and Balance Transfer Facility (BTF) and analyzes credit information to make a general assessment of customer's creditworthiness. * Ensures adherence to Bank & SBP policies and procedures. * Conduct borrower Strength Analyses as well as conduct loan review and report findings.
