As a Core Network Engineer in the Packet-Switched (PS) domain, I support mobile network operators in ensuring optimal performance and stability of their core network infrastructure. My key responsibilities include: • 🔧 Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Analyzing and resolving network issues to ensure high service availability and reliability. • ⬆️ Network Upgrades: Planning and executing software and hardware upgrades with minimal service impact. • 🎫 License Management: Managing feature and capacity licenses across PS network elements. • 🔍 Problem Tracing: Using Huawei tools and logs to identify root causes of network anomalies. • 📊 KPI Monitoring: Continuously monitoring key network performance indicators to maintain SLA and QoS. • 🤝 Customer Support: Providing proactive and reactive support to operators, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution. Working in a dynamic and mission-critical environment, I’ve gained in-depth knowledge of Huawei PS core products (such as EPC, vEPC, and 5GC elements) and developed strong skills in troubleshooting, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

As a Junior Product Manager in the Cloud Core Network domain, I supported product planning, solution development, and customer engagement activities for next-generation core network technologies, including 5GC, CloudEPC, and vIMS. Key responsibilities and achievements: • 📘 Product Support: Assisted senior product managers in preparing solution proposals, technical documents, and presentations for operator clients. • 🧠 Market & Technical Analysis: Conducted research on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor products in the cloud-native core network space. • 🛠️ Solution Customization: Participated in tailoring Huawei’s Cloud Core Network solutions to meet the technical and business needs of operators. • 🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinated with R&D, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction. • 📈 Project Contribution: Supported local teams in pre-sales and PoC activities, contributing to the promotion of Huawei’s 5G SA and converged core solutions.
