As a Mexico Account Representative, I was the front man of the cross-border Mexico Freight department of the Orlando location. Being a sales position, I maintained a healthy relationship with my customers, ensured all of their transportation needs were being met, and prospected for new opportunities. On the operational side, every week I coordinated and monitored 20+ truckloads of freight to pick up, cross the US - Mexico border, and deliver safely and on a timely manner. I also mentored and trained new comers to the position and assisted them hit their metrics.

Shadowed and assisted the production plant manager in administrative and supervisory tasks, compiled product information workbooks using Microsoft Excel.
