𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: • 𝙎𝙚𝙩 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙧𝙚𝙖 by implementing a project focused on People, Processes and Data, achieving a significant improvement on data quality and a 31% time saving in the reporting process. • 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨 within the Group, including the migration to a common ERP (SAP) in France and Belgium, obtaining 17% cost savings in both countries. • 𝙇𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨 and processes for the International Business. • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙣 2% through the implementation of a new organizational model based on Business Unites, Projects and Actions, strengthening the correct assignment of duties. • 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙐𝙆, with an annual revenue of € 2 million, ensuring compliance with the pre-established standards as regards of processes and financial and non-financial information. • 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙖, allowing a higher penetration in the local market and a 20% revenue growth. • 𝙍𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 15% 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙨 through the integration and merge of 5 companies in Belgium. • 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 for each subsidiary, obtaining in all of them a clean opinion from the external audit company.

Promoted as Finance Director, and actively participating in the strategy of the company, my main objective was to carry out the transformation of the finance function, while providing the company with better tools for the decision making. 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: • Executed a 3-phased restructuring approach to centralize, standardize and outsource finance activities, achieving € 0.7 million in annualized savings. • Led the digital transformation of the Finance Area by implementing, among others, a website self-administration tool for customers, OCR systems in AP, automation for repetitive processes and digitalization of different databases. • Implemented a project to reinforce the leadership and the development of competencies aimed at strengthening the Organizational Excellence and the Continuous Improvement Culture, triggered by the application of Lean methodology and the execution of over 150 projects (kaizens). • Drove a restructuring and yield improving program, with positive EBIT impact of € 20 million in 3 years and an improvement of 30% in customer satisfaction. • Launched a reorganizational plan to adequate the structure and size of the company, which implied a 30% reduction of annual labour costs. • Led the financial execution of a project to consolidate operational activities in Madrid and Barcelona, generating more than € 3 million annual savings. • Improved the accounting and reporting processes, obtaining a 45% reduction in the financial reporting period while increasing the quality of the information reported. • Undertook the implementation of different programmes to enhance the protection of the Company and its main stakeholders, such as the “Plan de Prevención de Delitos”, Business Continuity Plan, Insurance Programme and adaptation to the LOPD and RGPD. • Active participation in the integration process with FedEx, for which TNT Spain was selected as pilot company, identifying more than € 20 million in annual synergies.

I joined TNT to lead the integration of a domestic transport company with more than 40 depots spread across Spain, a great success project that ended with the centralization of systems and activities in Madrid. During this period I actively participated in the implementation of cost savings projects, to adapt the company structure to the economical reality during the crisis. 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: • Led the financial processes and systems integration of a € 180 million revenue domestic transport company with physical presence in 25 cities in Spain. • Generated € 0.6 million yearly savings by the centralization of finance activities in Madrid. • Implemented a cost reduction plan, generating € 6 million annual savings through contract renegotiation with suppliers and the review of consumptions across the different depots distributed throughout Spain. • Designed and launched a new weekly depot PL (for each of the 30 TNT depots in Spain), which significantly improved the decision-making process. • Increased cash flow by € 4 million through the negotiation and implementation of new payment terms and methods.

External auditor with experience in multiple sectors and in different accounting Gaaps (IFRS, PGC, US). Main clients: Campofrío, Codere, Unidad Editorial, Sacyr, Schindler, Grupo Zed. • Coordination of multi-country audit teams for companies with subsidiaries abroad. • Provided internal and external accounting training.
