In charge of the University’s strategic unit for coordinating research projects and responsible for coordinating the relationships between the research groups within the University and private and public organizations. This unit also coordinates the University’s editorial unit, in charge of publishing research results and developing strategies for increasing the researchers intellectual production.

Installed and managed a Wireless Metropolitan Area Network (WMAN) in the city of Cartagena (Colombia) with a total number of 64 outdoor wireless stations and implemented a centralized administration and monitoring system. Designed and Installed several Structured Cabling Systems (SCS).

Working on developing models for simulating demand-response scenarios for Nordic countries in order to decrease electricity consumption while maintaining the grid’s stability and decrease transmission losses.
