I believe that technology is liberating, and that disruptive digital innovations will continue to fundamentally change the way we live, work and play. I believe that technology can help bring consumers together in more connected communities. And, I believe that personal and digital connections and empowerment are central to the work that all companies do, not just to deliver extraordinary service, products and capabilities that make every day better, but also to do good in the world and in the communities they serve. I am proudly Ecuadorian and am personally dedicated to creating opportunities and addressing issues affecting Americans of Hispanic and Latino heritage through political and social involvement. And, as a cancer survivor, I am motivated to give those fighting similar battles the hope and support they need to press on. I am a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and have earned a Masters of Business Administration from Purdue University; Masters of International Management from Budapest University of Economics and Science; Masters of International Business Administration from Tilburg University in the Netherlands; Masters of Science from Barry University; and, a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami. As a Global Business Executive having had the privilege to serve great companies, and having conducted business in more than 50 countries, and held European and Asian posts; I have lead incredibly bright minds equipped with powerful business and IT skills that have worked on developing the next generation of digital solutions and capabilities that will further streamline businesses, enhance operations, engage members, customers and consumers more fully in the brands they love and advance the current and new ways of working, the ways products are conceived, created and consumed. Data forever will be and in the future exponentially continue to be instrumental in inform us on how we operate our businesses and how we understand our members and consumers.
