Developing new soft good products for Apple and other top market companies, from the initial phase of prototyping and initial design validation, through the design of the tooling and testing spec, searching of the appropriate machines for production, set up the production line, tooling and line qualification, EVT, DVT, PVT, until the completely industrialization of those products. Leading my own team of 10 engineers and working with a multifunctional team from different departments.

Developing new products for top market companies, including the industrialization of those products and researching of new production procedure and materials.

Design, produce and sale of multi charge station for mobile and tablet and also accessories for mobile. I work for their Chinese company as GM, being the maximum responsible for the factory there, I have under my responsibility around 20-25 people.

Design and manufacture of bicycle helmets. Responsible of direction in Catlike Asia. Responsible for the creation, operation and management of the company in Asia, making all kinds of tasks such as managing the process of building the company, creating and managing of production processes, production control, personnel management, quotation of finished product, quality control, negotiation and monitoring of suppliers, monitoring of projects for new designs and components, managing the finance department, etc.

Distributor of building materials. Work done as Product Manager, negotiation and supplier management, study and implementation of new products, working closely with the Sales Department for product enhancement and technical support. Directly responsible for the implementation and management of the constructive solution Ytong, deployment orders, order management, technical support to commercial, organization of training sessions, visits to architects, etc.. All these actions are reflected in an increase of 400% turnover in a short period of time.

Company specialized in marble quarrying and its sale. I was the Project Manager within the Technical Department, study and monitoring of projects, calculating budgets, supplier relations and technical advice to workshop.

Installation of ecological media outlets for green waste collection. I was in charge of the technical and logistic department. Checking and organizing the people who were installing the media outlets.

Design and manufacture of modern furniture. I was in the technical office, making 2D and 3D drawings and also in charge of the CAM programs for two CNC machines. For a year and a half I was in charge of a project (Hotel Sheraton of Bilbao), making drawing, measurements works, checking and organizing the people who was assembling the furniture and in permanent contact with the architects and engineer of the Hotel.
