In my role I hold P&L responsibility to manage a growing team of +1000 employees in Spain, Poland and Sweden. My responsibilities include operations, team structure and management, business development activities, define and deliver the country strategies in coordination with the regional business lines, adoption and localization of AECOM global/regional policies and procedures. I also act as the legal representative and President of the Board for AECOM in those countries, office manager and guard of AECOM’s compliance on all statutory local requirements. I play a key pivotal role in shaping and growing our strategy for the countries whilst contributing to the integration of our different business units across the rest of Europe. My role has specific focus on maximizing collaboration in order to bring increased success to the region. Key to this is the development and implementation of market leading approaches to a range of enabling factors including (but not limited to) harnessing client intelligence, investment and budget management, pipeline management, performance KPIs and strategic growth investments.

Managing Director of a 90 staff team of environmental professionals conformed after the merge and growth of AECOM and URS environmental teams. AECOM is currently the biggest and more diversified environmental team in Spain encompassing the widest range of environmental services for private and public clients in the main key sectors (Power, O&G, Industry, Civil Infrastructure, etc.). Main responsibilities include: - Commercial & Sales: Clients, strategy, vision, backlog and pursuits. - Operations - Profit & Loss: Revenue, Costs control, billing, cash - People: Staff Management, Performance & Rewards process, Compensation Plan, Careers.

Area Director/Operations Manager in a strong 80 environmental staff team (AECOM and URS joint teams). His main responsibilities include the following: • Project Director for Environmental Projects. (Support and supervision of the PM’s performance). • Operations Management (revenue, utilization, cost analysis, investments, sources of revenue, backlog, internal reporting…) • Team management (coordination, supervision, workload, goals, performance&rewards process…). • Business Development: Strategy, Identification of opportunities, relationship with clients. • QA/QC and H&S Qualified Supervisor • Managing Aecom Projects (MAP) Trainer – Training Aecom candidates for PM certification – cross Business Lines.

Between 2010 and 2015 he managed the Environment Business Line in Spain reporting to the Country Manager and leading a team of environmental engineers and scientists working in projects all around the world. His main responsibilities included the following: •Project Director for Environmental Projects. (Support and supervision of the PM’s performance). •Financial performance of the BL (revenue, utilization, cost analysis, investments, sources of revenue, backlog…) •Team management (coordination, supervision, workload, goals, performance&rewards process…). •Business Development: Strategy, Identification of opportunities, relationship with clients. •QA/QC

• Project Manager: Coordinate and lead international projects (Latin America, Europe) including planning, coordination, resources management and cost and quality control. • Business Development activities in target countries with both local authorities and International Financing Institutions (WB, IADB, EU, MCC).
