Worked on my senior design capstone project for one year. Improved the total production of magnetic level indicators the facility by a total of 10%. Used various Industrial Engineering tools to outline the process and map the different steps in the process of constructing the final product. Identified bottle necks and presented solutions to get rid of those. Timed operations to identify the total process work cycle, measured downtime for both machines and workers. Presented solutions to the problem in order to increase production outcomes for the sections analyzed.

* Registered the actual process on how to open new user accounts for different positions inside the organization. * Standardized the process of creating accounts for new users by mapping the required steps to open these. * Launched an automatic system for using creation, bringing wait times from two weeks to five minutes. Impact of the project approximately two million USD. *  Reorganized and redistributed the tasks performed by employees in various departments of BAC to balance workloads. *  Project was conducted along with nine certified I.E Black Belts and heads of several departments.

Standardized the product innovation process by developing a new set of documents to keep track of the information regarding the process.  Identified internal customers of the process and developed a set of standard procedures for each one of the areas involved to comply with it, incrementing the performance of the flow.  Updated Florida Ice and Farms’ data base by including products that had not been launched.
