Throughout my career, I have led the development and implementation of enterprise-wide security architectures, built and sustained stakeholder engagement, defined and managed security budgets, and directed security improvement programs. I have overseen cybersecurity defense operations, incident response efforts, and resilience initiatives on a global scale. With in-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory IT compliance requirements within the Azerbaijan Republic, I effectively apply internationally recognized frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27000 series, PCI DSS, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and Critical Infrastructure guidelines.
