Provide Security concepts for customer projects. • Install and maintain DELL and HP servers, design and Server Room and office cabling systems. • Configure and upgrade HP 3PAR, MSAN and IBM SAN Storage systems. Configure SAN fabric optical switches. • Design and implement VMWARE vsphere cluster for company’s server infrastructure. • Install and configure Windows server infrastructure: AD, DNS, DHCP Exchange, File and Print servers, SQL, WSUS, and application. Configure Veeam Backup, Symantec Backup Exec, and Veritas Backup system. Plan and implement Disaster recovery strategy. • Design optical connectivity, FTTH and FTTB systems for hotels, restaurants, and housing areas. • Design and configure IP networking with security (Cisco ASA configuration, MAC filtering), reliability (OSPF, PVSTP, GLBP protocols), and scalability options. Configure Wireless systems: Cisco and Ruckus. • Configure and maintain VoIP systems: 3CX, Cisco Call Manager. • Configure connection between offices. Over Site-to-Site tunnel, and VPLS. • Write manuals for IT staff and users. Write technical documentation, IT policies and procedures. • Coordinate work of IT staff (more than 10 persons). Lead IT projects outside of city. • Implement Service Desk system, Change Management and Asset Management. • Automate network configuration with Python scripting. • Plan and Supervise network changes on venues.

Maintain corporate IT infrastructure: VMWARE virtualization, Cisco networking, VoIP, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ASA Firewall, Site to Site VPN, Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Antivirus server. Maintain storages and server: IBM and HP SAN storage, Brocade FC fabric, DELL PowerEdge servers. Maintain, backup and configure Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2013, SQL server 2012, WSUS, CentOS (OTRS and SQUID systems). Design and support new IT projects, such as new office installation, or new hotel IT infrastructure. Coordinate work of IT staff (5 persons) IT project management. Such as new office, ERP system implementation and etc. Write company IT documentation. Technical documents, policies and procedures for IT staff and end users.

I provide maintenance to IT systems: daily data backup, time to time update software and firmware, document all configurations and maintain proper inventory list. Configure Cisco network, Wireless, security, and VoIP equipment. Manage vmware vcenter infrastructure. Design optical connection (FTTH/FTTB for residences and hotels).

I started to work in Qalaktik (PMD Group) when company didn’t have any IT infrastructure. I made a design for company servers, network and VoIP. I used most up to date technology which exists at the moment. I considered virtualization, disaster recovery, backup, security and fast storage technologies when designed infrastructure. For each part (servers, network and VoIP) I declared open tender for supplier companies to get a best price. As result I built IT infrastructure with the all major requirements of ITIL. It is scalable, totally reliable and secure.

In McDermott I provided support to end- users. In this period I had been solving problems with Windows 7 operating system, some printing/scanning problems, providing move management and cable management. I cleaned a lot of rack cabinets from cable mess and bring them in good condition. All user problems had solved on time and gaps in their work occurred.

On this position I was supporting network equipment on sites in Azerbaijan and made remote support to equipment in Kazakhstan and Russia. I made proper change management, documented problems and solutions, made monthly configuration backup. As result of my proper work there was not any big outage and network infrastructure in all three countries was always properly documented.

During my work period in ZTE I had been involved in big NGN project. We moved 3 big and 2 small PSTN station to NGN equipment. Total capacity was more 100.000 subscribers. I took part in all phases of this project. We provided to our customer power equipment, network, broadband and VoIP (switches, routers, GPON equipment, Soft-Switch, access gateways, DSLAMs and media gateways). At the end of each phase I tested installed equipment with customer’s engineers, documented all necessary schemas and hand over it to customer. As result of my work in this project all subscribers were successfully moved to new equipment and were able to use new technology. For me it was a great experience I got a lot of knowledge about power systems, network, broadband technologies, PSTN and VoIP technologies during this project. I became familiar with such protocols as OSPF, STP, xPON, SIP, SS7, H248 and H323.
