Lead developer for the java team, responsible for a critical component in the Campaign Suite product form Deltamethod, that deals with the synchronization of the online marketing campaigns between the data generated by the system and the Google Adwords servers. I have applied my expertise in distributed systems and big data to the Campaign Suite, which benefits from advanced techniques for processing large amounts of data, ranging to the millions of ads and keywords per client account, in a distributed system. The development of additional components and systems have lead me to build components and applications using technologies aimed at big data processing, such as Solar for a price comparison and aggregator site and Cascading for processing clients' product catalogs.

Technical coordination of the core technologies of Prodevelop Java Framework with the architecture and implementation of FastFix. Design and implementation of a highly distributed and scalable platform, with thousands of clients and millions of events per hour. Reporting and demonstration for controlling bodies (European Commission).

MOSKitt (www.moskitt.org) architect. Design of the architecture and components that are the core technology in the MOSKitt platform. Implementation of a highly modularized architecture based on the plugin system form Eclipse. Application of code generation techniques to support the generation of fully working web application from models designed with the platform.

Committer in the eclipse Papyrus project (http://www.eclipse.org/papyrus). Design and implementation of core features integrated into the Eclipse platform. Application of high quality standards to produced implementation to accommodate the Eclipse policies.

Grant holder carrying out final year project. Design and development of the architecture and the components of a system to gather data from water taps counters based on mobile devices. The system consisted on - a mobile application based on .Net Compact Framework - a desktop application for synchronization of data from mobile device to central server. The system entered production 6 months after the project started and was awarded with a recognition award.
