Generating reports from sales history and maintaining data logs/workpaper for record-keeping purposes. Handling monthly tax filings and payments promptly and accurately. Responding to inquiries and requests from customers and vendors via email and phone calls in a timely manner. Creating invoices for multiple U.S. locations and preparing them to send out to customers. Organizing and saving all accounting-related documents and data in our internal database using Adobe. Supporting the accounting department to improve overall operations and efficiency. Additionally, I am leveraging advanced accounting software, including YOOZ, QuickBooks, and BatchMaster, to streamline A/P (Accounts Payable) and A/R (Accounts Receivable) processes.
