Quality assurance work. FFA tests (testing oil quality) including temperature, salts, fats, sensory, etc. Accurately fill out paperwork with little to no mistakes. Finish tests in a timely manner (hourly/ every other hour). Practice GMP and make sure floorsmen are practicing GMPs as well.

Make sure machines are working fine. Product and packaging quality is to perfection. Line is clean from any contaminants. Production helpers/ assemblers keeping up with my machines. Fill out paperwork accurately with little to no mistakes. Practice good GMPs and make sure production helpers practice good GMP as well.

I ran the Press Brake full time, but I have experience with the CNC machine, Plasma machine, and also the Manual Drill Press machine as well. Finish bending material in a timely manner. Use blueprints to determine how to bend/drill material. Practice good PPE requirements. Make sure each piece bent meets quality standards.

Locate items inside and outside. Kit items for assemblers. Document all incoming supplies and items from UPS/Other shipping companies. Unload/load semi trucks. Make sure each piece of equipment meets quality requirements (paint is good, holes are drilled in the correct place, etc).

Locate items in the factory using scanner and memory. Bring product to the lines in a timely manner. Practice good PPE requirements.

Had to reach safety and speed requirements to work on the line. Filters meet quality standards (not too baked, plastisol not dripping out sides, etc). Practice good PPE requirements.

Helped driver locate where our packages needed to be dropped off. Dropped packages off where they needed.
