* Making assist tools for develop production * Responsible for New Product Project * Create a Master Proceess for each product that consist material usage, cycle time, mesin proceess * Maintenance production mesin * Monitoring parts from Sub Contractor

I have controlled schedule and project for mechanical and electrical (ME) installation in site and also drawing.

* Member of Machine Development team * Create master process product * Designing of jig or assistive tools

* Main task is maintained all of machines especially of the Production Machines to work without problem or zero stop line. By doing preventive regularly base on a schedule and routine service. * Some of the machines that I handled, * Welding * Cutting * Bending * Punching * Diesel Generator * Air Conditioning unit * Compressor * Air Dryer * Beside that I also responsible for some tasks, like inspecting electrical system, fire system, strength of steel racking system and kaizen.

* I supervised Plan Production Inventory Control, Production, Warehouse and Delivery department. * I responsible to keep production line running. * Controlling of stock by making safety stock, ensure all of the orders are delivered to production and the orders are just in time delivered to the customer
