• Managing End to End Recruitment Process for APAC. • Screening and short listing of relevant profiles fulfilling all the criteria like experience level, visa status, educational qualification, mandatory key skills and sending them to the technical panel. • Headhunting through LinkedIn and screening resumes in other job portals like Monster, Jobstreet etc. • Coordinating the interview process by bringing together the client and the candidate and track the various levels of the interview process and provide timely update to the client and the candidate on the status.

Utilizing Java and PostgreSQL, we designed, developed, integrated, and managed an Openbravo ERP open-source web-based server architecture. I created and designed various reports for the Openbravo ERP modules, focusing on procurement, warehouse, sales, master data, and production management, using iReport. These projects were delivered to several Openbravo manufacturing and infrastructure companies, including Fortuneart, Harshini EPC, and MEIL. My responsibilities included unit testing, Ul design and development, as well as codine tasks.
