I lead HR and People initiatives across India and SEA, designing scalable and people-centric frameworks My role spans the full employee lifecycle, from TA and onboarding to performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement etc., with a focus on strategic alignment and culture building across borders.

I lead Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring & Engagement, and HR Operations for our offices across Hong Kong, London, Dubai, Singapore, India, and the USA. I have also had the opportunity to set up the HR function for their Government practice from the ground up.

Established HR function from scratch — setting up core processes, frameworks, and systems in talent acquisition, performance management.

Talent Acquisition: Manpower planning & execution for India & Costa Rica HRBP : Induction & Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievances, Exit Formalities Streamlining HR Processes HR information system.

Presenting Hiring Plan & Recruitment Strategies to Stakeholders. Launched the Pilot team,across level for FPNA & Reconciliation respectively. Handling Salary Negotiations & Compensation. Prepare and review offer letters and employee-related agreement. Maintenance of audit specific documents.

Instrumental in setting up of a robust vendor network to meet monthly requisitions of 250 FTE’s and more for the ramp within various business units of Barclays shared services. - Managed end-to-end TA process: sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, offer negotiation and on-boarding of all new hires. - Maintained processes to measure, analyze and report TA efficiency across entire network. - Responsible for annual vendor evaluation & empaneling of consultants, job portals & tool providers and vendor engagement initiatives. - Championed objective, competency based interviewing for consistent evaluations; successfully implemented online test.
