I am Jaspreet Singh, a B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Chandigarh Group of Colleges, class of 2022. Since 2022, I have been working with eClerx, where I manage customer accounts for billing and data plans, provide clear explanations of billing details, and ensure a seamless customer experience. My role involves working across multiple internal tools to access and manage accounts, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Alongside my client-facing responsibilities, I leverage my technical skills in Intermediate SQL and Microsoft Excel to extract, analyze, and report on data, helping drive informed decisions and operational improvements. I am passionate about combining customer service excellence with data-driven insights to optimize processes and deliver measurable results. Always eager to learn, I strive to enhance my skills and contribute to impactful business outcomes in a corporate environment.
