Tasks and responsibilties: -Coordinate, implement and improve IT solutions (quality systems, transportmanagementsystems, reporting tools etc.) -Determine short and long term set-up of roles and responsibilties within various European offices -Maintain or improve KPI set-up for middle and senior management -Design, implement, maintain and improve operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity of staff -Manage change projects within Business Unit from design until implementation

Responsibilities executive assistant: - the organization and the setup of monthly KPI's and business reviews for the BU Road management team, - the coordination of meetings, - preparation and follow up of reports, minutes and other confidential materials, - manage expenses, - train other support staff. Project management responsibilities: NCR-system: Responsible for the technical and operational implementation of uniform quality-system within the BU Road offices. This involves training of international colleagues process follow-up and the setup of performance- and process-reporting.

As a Process Engineer at Ewals Cargo Care, I am part of the Corporate Information Management department. Basically, we are involved in IT related projects. In some cases we support the business and in some cases we do everything from analysis through project management. Main responsibilities are executing functional analysis (from scoping till requirements documents for the software partners), instructing software partners, testing and delivering documentation for training.
