Served as an Operations Integrator to support NGA analysts create actionable intelligence from large volumes of disparate geospatial data. Conducted in-person and web-based training for members of the intelligence community (IC) on advanced Object-Based Production (OBP) and Computer Vision (CV) Tools. Worked to understand the unique perspective of intelligence analysts including their wants, needs, and priorities. Collaborated with government leadership and engineering teams to implement new functions and features based on user feedback. Identified issues and bugs with existing software and coordinated with developers to devise solutions. Embedded into specific branches of the IC to assist organizations with integrating OBP and CV tools into their analytical workflow. Tracked and measured performance of user experience. Utilized the following CV and OBP tools: Watchman, SOM-Companion (SOM-C), and Flexible Content and Management Services (FCMS).

Served as the communications advisor to the CEO of an organization consisting of over 650 employees. Managed the processes, maintenance, troubleshooting, and activities to support organizational classified and unclassified communications, including information security, network management, analog telecommunications implementation, information sharing, and knowledge management. Assessed and addressed all clients', supervisors', and employees' needs by explaining available products and services, conducting information and capabilities briefs, performing complex problem-solving, providing routine training, and setting customer expectations. Worked with the organization's staff to prioritize, plan, and meet organizational requirements, timelines, and objectives. Provided recommendations to the organization on the implementation of new information technology approaches. Managed and guided the work of 14 IT professionals that were responsible for Desktop Support, System Administration, Help Desk Services, voice and video services, lifecycle support programs, and network operations. Consistently monitored the performance of project teams while also providing technical guidance and support.

Served as the Assistant Communications Manager for a communications and information systems military organization consisting of 40 employees. Primary responsibilities consisted of planning, initiating, and managing information technology projects within the organization. This involved leading and guiding the work of technical staff, serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and standards. Additional duties encompassed a broad range of responsibilities to include training, maintenance, risk analysis, resource management, compliance, logistics, administrative operations, and asset management. While serving in this position some of my significant accomplishments included eliminating all overdue scheduled services, filling over $12,000 worth of supply shortages, and implementing new training policies which enhanced employee technical proficiency.

Served as a Human Resources Assistant for a military intelligence organization consisting of 500 employees. Processed, verified, and maintained personnel requests related to finances, absences, training, personnel moves, disciplinary actions, and awards. Responsible for developing and delivering correspondence, reports, and newsletters to various audience levels within the organization. Assisted the HR manager with the implementation of policies, training, programs, research projects, and special projects. Supported the organization's initiatives by recommending new approaches and procedures to continually improve employee experience and efficiency of HR services. Coordinated, provided, and conducted new employee orientation and onboarding programs. Performed customer service functions by answering questions and requests by employees related to personnel policies, benefits, and procedures. Scheduled meetings, interviews, and facility reservations as requested by the HR Manager.

Served as a Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) and Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS) Analyst, producing over 130 geospatial, imagery, and topographic intelligence-based products in support of deployed units. Analyzed and processed raw LiDAR and EO data to create products such as terrain and slope analysis, line-of-sight, and 3D visualizations utilizing ARCMAP, SOCET GXP, and Quick Terrain Modeler. Conducted color balancing, orthorectification, and mosaicking of multiple imagery datasets to create seamless maps and overlays. Collaborated with team members to analyze, assess and capture analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats. Prepared comprehensive intelligence reports and presentations for deployed military units in various formats, including multimedia presentations. Performed QA/QC and ensured proper data management for 18 employees. Served as the lead briefer, conducting over 60 presentations on the capabilities, collection, processing, and exploitation of the LiDAR sensor platform for supervisors, customers, guests, and VIPs.

Served as a full-motion video analyst, exploiting over 2,200 hours of real-time FMV feed by sensors on multiple Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms across 173 missions. Produced over 200 intelligence products which included: motion imagery summary reports, database remarks, storyboards, vehicle follows, 360-degree graphics, as well as other mission-specific tailored products. Conducted real-time 24/7/365 analyses on terrorism-associated targets utilizing a variety of platforms. Served as a shift team Trainer and Evaluator, conducting periodic performance evaluations and new employee training for 80 employees. Created multiple training scenarios from historical FMV feed and intelligence reports to enhance employee proficiency in viewing, exploiting, recording, and touch-type live FMV exploitation comments. In preparations for assigned FMV taskings, conducted imagery research and analyses by researching historical and current intelligence-derived products from multiple sources and databases to assist with answering customer information requirements. Collaborated with other analysts to derive finished intelligence products which integrated GEOINT, FMV, IMINT, and other MULTI-INT sources. Utilized multiple FMV and PED Tools, including MAAS, ArcGIS, SOCET, and Pidgin.

Served as the Imagery Analyst Team Lead for seven employees and provided over 150 intelligence products within a dynamic work environment. Established effective relationships with multiple departments and customers including research and project collaborations. Conducted routine project updates and intelligence briefs to senior managers and staff officers. Created the standard operating procedures for imagery research, production, exploitation, and reporting standards, as well as the receipt, tasking, and dissemination of customer requests. Trained new employees on imagery analysis and GIS tools, research methods, and producing finished imagery-derived intelligence products. Conducted imagery research and analysis by reviewing historical and current imagery intelligence softcopy reports. Conducted research on multiple databases to enhance information on imagery analysis products. Utilized and consolidated multiple intelligence data sources to exploit, monitor, and analyze events and intelligence problems within the Korean Peninsula.
