As a General Affairs & Adminstration professional at Samsung SDS , I oversee the corporate services , office administration, compliance, infrastructural development and facility Management functions to ensure the smooth and safe operations of the workplace. I work with the Senior Management and HR team to implement and monitor the policies and procedures related to health, safety, security and hygiene. I also manage the budget, vendor contracts , infrastructure development and maintenance of the equipment.With a background of engineering and a passion for learning, I have done MBA from Guru Jambheshwar University, with a focus on resources management and administration. I aim to enhance my skills and knowledge in the areas of leadership, communication, and organisational development, and apply them to my current and future roles. I have also obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, Alison etc. demonstrating my proficiency in facilities management, facility maintenance & safety, and HR roles in the modern workplace.
