Inside Sales •Manage a database of inactive or low submitting doctors in collaboration with Practice Development Managers (PDM), improving the utilization rate and re-activation •Work closely with PDMs and clinical team to drive attendance at training events, as well as, improve clinical confidence of the assigned Doctors •Support PDMs with follow-up calls to ensure continuation of case submission. •Identifying unmet needs where the doctors or clinics may need our support to accelerate their growth. Example: Training for clinics assistant, trouble-shooting of cases with clinical team, providing marketing collaterals, etc. •Update low submitting and inactive Doctors of our promotional activities and key programs Patient Concierge •Pioneered the patient concierge team in Singapore & Malaysia •Developed detailed work flow for the concierge programme and come up with relevant measurements •Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email. •Worked with both inbound and outbound customer calls •Worked closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Clinical, CS) for constant updates and improvements •Went on field to train clinic staffs on the concierge programme as well as guiding them in handling potential patient from concierge
