I built a grassroots movement designed to promote cultural arts via a website, ROKICT.com, and secured corporate funding and community partners to advance its mission.

I wrote a monthly column focused on LGBT life in Kansas called “Homo on the Range”. I also penned 2-3 articles a month centering on community, the arts, politics, and social issues.

I advised on and directed Full Circle’s financial growth, organizational structure/development, and community/national brand as well as manage the staff. I implemented and consistently re-evaluated the organization's staffing structure, recruited and developed a talented team of 12+ employees. I worked closely with the founder and staff to develop quarterly plans and long-term goals. The position oversaw all financial aspects of both Full Circle and related income sources to allow for complete and real-time budgetary forecasting.

I worked collaboratively with Full Circle Venice's Founder, Andrew Keegan, to build an effective short-term system for the spiritual community center and established a long-term structure. This was an interim position that oversaw the complete re-structuring and re-staffing of the organization. The position oversaw daily operations and programming, recruited and managed all staff, provided financial forecasting and oversaw the budget while also directing all communications and development for the organization. The position was integral to high-level strategies while also charged with executing daily tasks.

I manage all fundraising aspects, organize/execute logistics, and oversee committees for Liberty Hill’s two major fundraising events: The annual Upton Sinclair Dinner and Change LA.

I managed logistics and oversaw corporate and team development for two major fundraising events, Walk MS Wichita and Bike MS Wichita.

I managed all fundraising and donor education events for this social justice foundation with a 40 year track record of success. Events bring in more than $1,000,000 in annual revenue for the organization and include the annual 800+ person Upton Sinclair Dinner.

I managed and implemented the Democratic Party's opperations in Sedgwick County, overseeing and staffing the headquarters in Wichita. I helped recruit candidates to run for public office, organized volunteers, raised money, offered advise to campaigns, and did whatever needs to be done to elect Democrats! I worked the job all through college part-time then three years full time post-graduation.

I run a business that manages several creative projects in the Los Angeles area. We also provide business development services for finance, structure, and branding.
