• Control Tower of countrywide 3PL operation for different BU of Robert Bosch Group, including Automobile Aftermarket, Power Tools, Bosch Rexroth, Bosch Wuxi, Changsha, Suzhou plants. • Monitor and control 3PL service ranges from warehouse in Shanghai (both bonded and non-bonded warehouses), Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu to freight forwarding and customs affairs. • Working with Bosch team on potential business opportunity analysis for Robert Bosch business. • Solution design, cost analysis and quotation for Robert Bosch business. • Leading the project and implementation team of Robert Bosch project, including warehouse SOP, flow and organization chart as well as building operation and management team. • Leading internal Quality & Lean team on operation excellence and cooperating on external Lean project with Robert Bosch BU. • The largest ADCs in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone of Bosch AA, over 8,000 sqm, replenishing Bosch AA DC in Asia & Pacific including Asia, Australia, North & South America. • First distribution center in China of Bosch eBike, 1000 sqm. • VMI warehouse, 1500 sqm, for importing the items from European countries to fulfill the demand of Bosch plants in China. • Leading the project and implementation team during the warehouse setup. Designing warehouse SOP, flow and organization chart as well as building operation and management team. • Managing the daily warehouse operation, including inbound, outbound, VAS, transportation, etc. • Managing the customer service team on customs clearance and relative customs affairs. • Leading internal Quality & Lean team on operation excellence, working with Bosch on various Lean projects. • Familiar with government policy and regulations in Yangshan - China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

• Responsible for Cosmetic Nail replenishment for all Wal-Mart US stores. • Consumable (Health & Beauty) replenishment analysis for Walmart US DC and stores by using Retail Link. • Forecasting, monitoring and control of demand of Walmart US stores. • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the fill rate and shipping date compliance • Working with suppliers to ensure the replenishment in-stock rate and achieve target service level while minimizing the total cost. • Creating policies for peak season and holiday promotions. • Project of supply chain innovation technology implementation in consumable replenishment.

• Collect and analyze research data, including 10-K statement and U.S. companies hiring freight forwarding companies. • Research of category management to help retailers improve on shelf stocks.

• Directly report to group logistics manager and group supply chain manager. • Certificate of Recognition – Mr. Price Group International Internship Program. • Feasibility research of international cargo consolidation which has been implemented by the company in China. • Operation excellence – process improvement and gap analysis to identify supply chain actual performance versus potential performance – which has been implemented by the company. • Data analysis presented providing opportunities to reduce overall supply chain costs by reducing the touch in the whole supply chain to reduce the lead time and cost and to improve visibility. • Planning and forecasting of demand and inventory control in distribution center. • Transportation carrier management - identified an estimated 30% cost savings through freight shipment solution optimization • Provided suggestion on global sourcing and supplier management in country of origin, i.e. China, India. • Provided insights regarding Walmart market encroachment to maintain first mover competitive advantage.
