Act as the focal point of all HR and culture matters to the company's leadership and group level stakeholders.

As a member of country management team driving people agenda; accountable for all HR activities and change initiatives for Malaysia and Singapore. Provide human capital consultation using extensive knowledge of various human resources function, including staffing, compensation, rewards, training, and employee relations to provide strategic and tactical HR solutions. Business partner in the planning, development, and implementation of human resources strategies that support the business needs. Dual role being HRBP of ASEAN e-Commerce business function.

Accountable for the formulation, development & implementation of Talent Management framework which includes Talent Outreach & Branding, end-to-end Organizational Learning Continuum, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development program and People Planning strategy to ensure leadership continuity and improving overall organization’s effectiveness across the region. Developed and monitor key talent metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, possible root causes and advising stakeholders on action plan.

Lead and manage a team of OD practitioners in providing specialist expertise to the HR Director and Senior Leadership Team in developing culture, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and all aspects of organizational improvement.
