* Responsible for organizing and coordinating dealer to complete the company's annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan meanwhile setting up the regional sales plan * Guidance and supervision dealers’ departments execution business policy and KPI * Guidance sales staff implementation of the sales process; guidance dealers using various management, sales tools, as well as the DMS system. * Guidance the marketing department to collect, analyze market information; to develop market activities planned to increase brand cognition and the volume of potential customers. * Guidance dealer analyze satisfaction report of the third-party, improving short-board indicators, to carry out customer care activities * Management of the area dealer sales price, maintaining brand market order. * Management dealer inventory and financial situation, controlling dealer operational risk.
