• Oversee day to day workflow for Depot/Project Team in cooperation with Management • Ability to bulk Request and RTI HW during and thorough a project lifecycle • Creates applicable documentation steps for Hardware Technicians based on Projects Specifications. • Assists in hardware upgrade and or mobile upgrade at client home office/client specified location. (POA) • Accounts for all assets through the life of assigned project(s). • Maintain online logs, records, and spreadsheets for tracking of depot/project activity • Escalates issues pertaining to project(s) to Supervisor/Manager • Complete all steps necessary to fully configure equipment for new hires and “refresh” users as needed.
