Acted as BIM lead for San Francisco studio (trained studio staff on how to use REVIT + updated firmwide graphics standards) & participated in firmwide BIM transition team to ensure smooth technology rollover for firm from CAD to REVIT for drawing and presentation production and updating of firmwide graphic standards for production drawings.

Participated in commercial/industrial/corporate high rise projects in Sacramento/ Bay Area/ Central Valley(encompassing project scopes ranging from basic tenant improvements to high end custom interior design). Primary responsibilities included construction document production, creation of finish palettes, space planning, construction administration, & client relations. Secondary responsibilities included accessibility/site surveying & BOMA related services (field measure, calculations), creation of consultant contracts/ agreements and providing proposal scope of work/ fees to prospective clients.
