I surround myself with exceptional people and keep them close by being fiercely loyal and sincerely honest. I challenge myself at every opportunity to learn, to read and apply the knowledge quickly. I like to make my mistakes very quickly, on small equipment, then scale it up once working. If things do not work, I can pivot, adapt, or start over. I strive for excellence, but appreciate getting it done over absolute perfection. I don't have much time for mediocrity or ignorance. If it is worth doing, then it is worth doing right.
