A common refrain in our industry is “you are only as good as your last case.” I couldn’t disagree more with that statement, I believe an investigator and subsequently the company they work for are as good as ALL of their cases. With that in mind we have monitored our investigation product’s effectiveness in regards to cost reduction since our very first case. These metrics allow us to innovate at a rapid rate and to alter the investigative programs for our individual clients, with the end goal always being “how do we get you the most bang for your buck?” Our data combined with a dedication to face-to-face account management create an environment where we aren’t just another vendor; we are an active partner in YOUR success. We love new ideas, pride ourselves on being able to learn quickly and view our clients as valued members of our organization when it comes to achieving the best possible outcomes. I started in workers' compensation at 16 years old when I ran the mailroom for my aunt who was a comp specific defense attorney. I promised myself I would never have anything to do with it again after I left for the military. After twelve plus years of being in investigations I have realized that I was a little too hasty. The constantly changing environment of WC here in California and the effect of comp cost on our economy makes for an exciting, multifaceted industry.
