Lead the site selection, design, site planning, construction, and hand-over of all capital construction data center projects to the Company’s End Users.

Site Development for our entire US portfolio of Data Center campuses managing a team that focuses on amendments/additions/alterations, etc... to our existing campuses that are both in operations and in construction.

I am responsible for the site selection, installation, connectivity, operational efficiency, and performance of the Micro Data Center platform.

I am the Director for new data center planning and development providing overall leadership for data center development in new markets, expansion of data centers in existing markets, and data center evaluations associated with mergers and acquisitions. My team partners with Finance on property selection, property due diligence, and M&As. Once the property is acquired we take lead on entitlements, initial design, budget, and schedule for all new major projects. At the appropriate time we transition projects to the Construction Project Management Team for execution. Our goal is to develop and implement a standardized repeatable model that is best in class as well as meets or exceeds cost and schedule expectations of our Shareholders and Executive Team.

CM for data center construction and capital improvement projects. As a member of the Company’s Construction and Standards team, my primary responsibility is to assist with the design and planning process and directly manage the contracting process, construction, commissioning, and hand-over of all capital construction projects to the Company’s End Users. Projects include the design and construction of green field data centers, expansions to existing data centers, and MEP upgrades to existing data centers.

Manage the design, construction, and commissioning for new and existing/ in operation data center and IT facilities throughout the US.

North East United States. I manage the real estate selection, budgets, design, construction, optimization and capital maintenance of Qwest data centers, telecommunication facilities, and administrative offices
