Responsible for the Contracts Formation department which included direct management and oversight of a team of Contract Administrators and Contract Technicians on an EPCM approach project. Primary duties included: Development of the commercial strategy for contracting packages, commercial strategies developed included LSTK, UP, T&M, and Multiple Price. Developed negotiation strategies for award negotiations. Lead negotiation meetings to ensure strategies for Commercial and T&C risk were properly implemented. Performed continuous quality control audit functions on department files and systems to ensure team compliance. Ensured team compliance with ongoing training and education requirements. Coordinated with Client Contracts, Legal, Finance, Safety, and Tax Departments to include appropriate flow downs and compliance of Contract documents with Peruvian laws. ~$4.2B Project.

Primarily responsible for the direct management and oversight of the Indirects Area contract team in a construction management and direct hire approach project. Primary duties include oversight of a team of Contract Administrators and Contract Technicians responsible for all commercial aspects related to the post award administration through close-out of ~$300MM of scope. Secondary responsibilities included oversight of the entire Contracts department as interim Project Contracts Manager during PCM leave cycles. Secondary duties as interim PCM include signature authority on behalf of Company, liaison with upper management and Owner management personnel, representation of Company contracting strategy and procedures, and oversight of a staff responsible for the management of ~$800MM in scope. ~$8.5B Project.

Primary duties include oversight of a team of Contract Administrators and Contract Technicians responsible for all commercial aspects related to the post award administration through close-out of thirty-eight separate Contracts. Secondary responsibilities included oversight of the entire Contracts department as interim Project Contracts Manager during PCM leave cycles. Secondary duties as interim PCM include signature authority on behalf of Company, liaison with upper management and Owner management personnel, representation of Company contracting strategy and procedures, and oversight of a staff of eighteen contracts professionals. ~$3.8B Project.
