My role as an apprentice within Orbit Group has excelled my development by a considerable amount with my communication skills and data collating abilities increasing dramatically as I currently manage the process of ensuring income is received and the reporting of monthly KPI's for my department. Another major aspect of my role is to manage the Service Matters Microsoft Dynamics CRM system which is used as an customer audit trail whilst also discovering and updating new market research to populate the system with to improve our scope of customer and non-customer intelligence.
