What I do as a PM is supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints, negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers, and typically confer with supervisors or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. I also resolve any issues that may or may not affect deadlines as in, resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays Pro Contracting LLC has currently have over 100 employees with 10 million plus in revenue each year and well over 30+ years of experience working in several states. We work in all phases of construction from the ground up, new construction, renovations, commercial and residential, no project ever too big or too small. We also competitively price out jobs to try to get the lowest cost available to our clients with the highest quality workmanship available, and fully insured.
