Following the successful acquisition of Malcolm G Moon Electrical, I lead MGM Contractors as Head of Business Development. My focus is on driving the company’s rebrand, scaling operations, and streamlining processes to build on our existing social housing contracts. MGM Contractors delivers service, maintenance, and installation across heating, renewables, electrical, as well as retrofit kitchens and bathrooms, combining technical expertise with reliable, high-quality delivery. My role is centered on growth, operational efficiency, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the social housing sector.

Founder of Acorn Homecover, leading a rapidly growing home emergency and boiler installation service supporting more than 1,000 domestic properties through recurring subscription plans and growing. I’ve built Acorn Homecover to provide homeowners with dependable, hassle-free protection—covering urgent callouts, ongoing maintenance, and full boiler installations. Our installer network serves customers across Wales and the South West, delivering fast response times and consistently high workmanship standards. With experience scaling service-based businesses, I’m focused on strengthening our subscription model, expanding regional coverage, and raising the bar for reliability in the home-services sector. 2026 will see us start our first B2B home emergency partnership, giving Acorn Homecover direct access to some of the UK’s largest home insurance providers.

Return of the Mac! Following the acquisition of Thermal Heating Solutions, I rejoined Heatforce as Managing Director. During my tenure, I led the company through a period of rapid growth — increasing annual revenue from £5M to £16M within 18 months and expanding the team from 50 to 150 employees. I also served as part of the Senior Leadership Team that successfully completed a private equity exit.
