Director of Mining for James Construction, Managed two plant locations in the central Texas area. Developed and planned plant upgrades to increase production to meet the needs of James construction projects in the area. Developed the Safety program and staff of 22 employees. Built a cement treated base plant, Completed the Mine plan and future plant improvements. Hired and built a Quality control department to ensure compliance with local and State requirements for material performance, increased performance with training and best practices.

I worked in many aspects of the operation, Maintenance, production operator, Heavy Equipment and plant operator. We crushed and processed Silica and Reverts for the Phelps Dodge smelter in Globe Miami.

I worked in about every position within the system, yard officer, transport officer, Dart team, fire arms instructor,SWAT andTracking team and Chain Gang. I was worked in many locations form Central Unit Florance AZ, Globe unit, and Springerville unit, super Max to minimum security units.

I worked in many aspects at Vista and helped build and complete many plant projects. Developed the safely program and help teach plant operators in daily duties to ensure safe efficient work practices.

TPS works with many different companies that process material, food and minerals. I worked as a consultant and project manager for them at Vista sand.

I managed multiple plants in the phoenix area, i started with Sun State rock and materials. Sun State was purchased by Lafarge North America in 2006, I built the green field for Lafarge in Buckeye Arizona and managed multiple plants in other areas of the valley. I was apart of the blast optimization team for Lafarge and completed LAMP while employed. Managed and operated Safe efficient plant production in high traffic areas that were in close contact with neighborhoods in the Valley.

Permian Frac Sand LLC is a Texas based and owned company supplying Industrial sand to the Texas oils fields. We supply industrial sand to additional markets as well as top soil. Facility was constructed in 2015 and operational at the beginning of 2016, with an average of 50 employees and corporate office in Midland Texas. We produce four grades of API Frac sand, 100 mesh, 4070, 3050 and 2040. We offer excellent safe loading with one way traffic for our customers, truck drivers never need to leave their cab when getting loaded. We provide fast efficient operation to open hatches and close them when truck is done loading with air delivered ticket. The sand trucks are not in any other traffic and have a one way road to fallow in and out.
