Develop and execute sales strategies with the goal of maximizing company growth. I manage and oversee the design and execution of sales strategies in specialty retail, large key accounts, collegiate and professional sports.

Winery and wine bar located in Park City, Utah. We source wine from the west coast and blend / bottle on sight. My primary responsibilities were managing the day-to-day operations, social media accounts, assisted with marketing, sales, employee relations and account management.

Assisted the GM with all daily operations of the bar and restaurant. Designed and built beverage program, managed labor and food costs, managed staff, menu development, staff training, hiring and brand development.

Designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for athletes recovering from injury. Worked directly with physical therapist and medical team to optimize recovery, normalize movement patterns, improve athleticism, build strength and increase athletic performance.
