• Creative direction and design for all packaging, marketing material and collateral for Australian Gold, JWOWW and various private label brands • Perform website, label copy and documentation updates to coincide with the constantly changing indoor tanning market, brand standards and legal requirements • Participate in executive presentations for new packaging ideas and design pitches • Regularly present inspiration boards, design mockups and fully rendered artwork according to brand standards for brand manager approval • Create monthly magazine advertisements, web eblasts and newsletters for marketing and promotional use • Effectively meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously across a number of brands • Collaborate with interior and exterior clients on a wide range of projects for costing, printing, sourcing and design work • Provide education and training to a number of co-workers and interns • Create tradeshow layout concepts including scale drawings and 3D rendered booth images showing furniture layout and banner placement

• Configure and maintain tanning salons that use the Helios point of sale software application to replicate data across a wide area network • Provide Local Area Network support to salons with multiple workstation computers • Perform SQL queries on multiple client databases to diagnose problems or discrepancies within user’s data
