Our sales team ratio on qualified leads for VZW is at 60%+ closing rate. We are a relationship driven company that strives to make raving fans of our customers with our Verizon BAE's partners in the M2M space.

* Assist National Account Executives: * Cold calling to help generate new leads * Follow up on existing leads * Schedule Demos * Process Quotes/get paper work * Follow up with Customers, make sure units are installed customers are happy. * Train and help setup customer accounts * Follow up with BAE's on Referrals

Job Description Lead Sales associate provide support to the Store Manager in all facets of retail operation including, but not limited to, customers through effective salesmanship skills, and ringing sales in the POS register. Other duties include water analysis, mechanical repairs, inventory control, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, carrying merchandise to customers' cars, sweeping and cleaning. Opening and Closing the store. (counting out register tills/maintaining proper change, making daily deposits and maintaining all opening/closing paperwork).

Installation of various Home Audio and Video equipment to create Total Home Control. Construction, pulling and running cable for phone, cctv camera's, audio, video etc. and setting up of total home control systems.

* Service Technician main area of expertise was dish washers, trash compactors & garbage disposals JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Work to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer * Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments * Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business * Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service * Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience * Follow the Value Added Services Process (i.e., selling extended warranties, water filters, etc.) by effectively communicating the benefits to the customer * Mentor other technicians, as applicable * Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck * Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer’s home
