I am responsible for the sales and development of the data centre & M&E works. My lead role is to design the data centre or M&E works, costing & quotation, negotiate the pricing and close the sales. Type of work -Responsible of meeting sales goals and overall quality of services -To provide design and build for the data centre -Work closely with all the M&E consultants and end user, to provide all the necessary drawing & specification for the tender -Doing presentation on all the new products launch -Facilitate timely decision with my project teams to maintain the project schedule and budget. -Provide top management with regular project updates and maintain trusting relationship with Client -Supervise and mentor junior staff for both training / sales growth / carrier growth and make staff development Technical skills involve -Design of main switch board & sub distribution board -Sizing of the UPS and batteries -Sizing of the precision air conditioning and other high dense cooling equipments. -Sizing of the fire suppression system -Water detection system -Environmental monitoring system
