1. Procure the logistics resource, including ocean/land/air freight, oversea warehousing and delivery. 2. Work with all related parties to evaluate & verify the service supplier regularly. 3. Monitor the RFQ processing & landing with best efficiency. 4. Act as final escalation point for all special case of daily operation.

1. Monitor the ocean freight procurement & pricing for import & export via Shanghai, including both FCL & LCL. 2. Keep close communication with different parties, fully understand the actual demand from customers, and design end to end solution accordingly. 3. Monitor the preformance of service suppilers. Work with operation team to solve exceptional case when it's necessary. 4. Collect market intellgence from different channels, and share it to internal teams contrapuntally. 6. Attend RFQ of VIP accounts. Appraise the advantage/dis-advantage with competitors and adjust strategy accordingly.

1. Align target with different departments within company. Set trackable KPI in order to achieve the agreed target. 2. Understand internal request & demand. Collaborate with different team to build stable and feasible solution for customers. 3. Procure competitive rate and manage space with different carriers in the market. 4. Monitor the preformance of service suppilers. Work with operation team to solve exceptional case when it's necessary. 5. Appraise the advantage/dis-advantage with competitors and adjust strategy accordingly. 7. Run system data regularly, and provide related report with valuable analysis.

1. Keep monitoring on vessel status on the daily basis for allocation fulfillment. 2. Work with trade/pricing manager to take rate action necessary to dig out business opportunity elsewhere in case of subdued booking projection ahead. 3. Team up with vessel planning manager to maximize vessel loading performance. 4. Timely address Cenco’s requests to reposition and/or divert empty in response to surplus/deficit equipment situation. 5. Timely respond to space requests made from agencies or outside clients. 6. Give proper advice on top priority route, inbound gateway and inland transportation mode. 7. Determine and develop approaches and solutions to emergent cases that may lead to delay in booking acceptance and failure to feeder connection. 8. Give timely space approval for T/S units to ensure cargos are delivered at the earliest. 9. Define guidance on cargo selection by following up FIFO principle or favoring special equipment prioritization in case of overflow cargos. 10. Correspond with vessel partners to address all operational issues in the interest of company. 11. Monthly business target setting for Asian agencies.
