Develop staff to ensure proper behaviors are used that provide a helpful experience and drives sales performance then provide counseling when behaviors are displayed.   Operated a separate live goods garden center during the busy spring season that would generate an additional $100k or more in sales in just three months. Responsible for manually ordering all product for garden center and much of the bulk goods sold throughout the year with no automated ordering system.
