Results-driven leader uniquely skilled to address challenges. I'm a problem solver at heart. Although quite capable in a traditional management role, my passion is collaborating in group brainstorming sessions conducive to synergistic, creative thought processes. I value working with others possessing different backgrounds and perspectives for the value added to the process. My specific strengths in this regard include excellent abstract problem solving skills, strong (technical) analytical competencies, various techniques acquired through years of legal research and analysis and a healthy dose of "don't stop until the problem is solved" stubbornness. I gravitate towards leading others through this process and helping them leverage their skill sets to accomplish goals that they may have previously thought unattainable. I'm highly adaptable in regards to the array of subject matter that I can manage and can come up to speed quickly even in areas in which I have limited experience. I am equally comfortable starting projects in a collaborative fashion or working independently bringing in resources as needed. Adept in various stages of project management, I enjoy the gamut from the idea formation stage through strategic planning through full implementation. I have a perpetual desire to learn and master new concepts and consequently challenge myself and those around me.
