• Recruited, retained, and developed a team of 10 accounting professionals managing all aspects of the accounting operations for a rapidly growing manufacturing organization with revenues in excess of $300M across 4 operating companies. • Completed the centralization of all accounting functions for three acquired business units located across the country, increasing efficiency and reducing headcount needs by approximately 7 FTE. • Implemented preferred ERP (Dynamics GP) in three acquired business units, integrating process and procedures for inventory management, cost accounting, financial reporting, order to cash and order to pay. • Implemented MetaViewer, an automated paperless accounts payable solution that allowed us to manage the order to pay cycle with 1.5 fewer FTE while also improving the approval process, reducing the payment of erroneous charges, and ensuring early pay discounts were captured. • Ensured timely financial statement preparation with a 7-day close cycle, allowing for more timely decision-making and strategic planning. • Cross-department collaboration to align financial objectives with business objectives. • Ensured compliance with tax regulations by managing the timely preparation and filing of all required returns.
