Directed the one-of-a-kind Air Force Leaseback Program real property facility maintenance of the former Kelly AFB facilities, aircraft parking aprons, air traffic control tower and hangars at Port San Antonio ensuring compliance with strict AF standards.

Managed daily operations and maintenance of a 1.4 million square feet Level One Trauma Center facility and the supporting co-generation total energy plant providing unwavering medical care mission. Ensured facility maintenance of real property and real property installed equipment for more than 40 military medical treatment and support facilities were accomplished by a team of 99 civil service tradesmen.

Directed the planning, prioritization, and oversight for the operations and maintenance activities of the in-house civil service and contracted workforce for 2.1 million square feet of real property for the 59 MDW on Lackland AFB.

Managed facility operations and maintenance of four geographically separated Ground-based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) sites and the Optical Command, Control and Communications Facility (OC3F). Provided facility maintenance, MILCON and SRM project management for a Space and Missile Educational Training Campus.
