Lead all Materials Management functions and team members across worldwide landscape of both supply and delivery to US Domestic (4) and International (4) Operations facilities. Includes areas of Supply Base Management and Design, Supply Chain and Materials Operations, Supplier Quality, Product Development Purchasing, and Indirect Procurement. • Responsible for all OE global sourcing of ~$1.5B commercial spend, including year over year performance optimization of ~300 suppliers in supply base • Responsible for all indirect materials and support spend of ~$900M annually, with ongoing initiatives to improve effectiveness through continuous improvement projects across broad spectrum of suppliers and key commercial partners • Focus on Supplier development and Supply base risk management to ensure continuity of operations and cost effectiveness, while using instituted processes to identify world class prospective technologies and suppliers for future sourcing • Leadership and oversight of Supplier Diversity and Business Inclusion program, including Minority and Women Owned Business impact and Veteran spend initiatives • Leadership of Product Development Purchasing functions to support new to market product launches, along with a heavy focus on APQP methodology to ensure seamless launch through concept initiation, supplier design, and execution • Lead strategic initiatives for growth and development in supplier technology and innovation for improved effectiveness, as well as Value Added Value Engineering to drive lower total cost and increased value to the customer • Management of supplier performance and effectiveness measurement system, including structured on-site assessments for both proactive control plan methodology, product and process integration effectiveness, and downstream supplier product compliance

Responsible for all facets of Vehicle and Powertrain Operations, including strategic planning, vehicle model introduction, capital project planning, and day-to-day operations. Significant focus on forward looking initiatives like Change Management, Labor strategy and relationship management, Insourcing and Outsourcing strategy implementation, and developing and executing a fully integrated ERP system based on SAP software, with multiple business process modules (Global Template ME, iPPE, APO, Source To Pay, and Data Management). Lead all operations process areas of 1000+ employee facility, including Fabrication, Paint & Finishing, Assembly, Maintenance & Facilities, and Environmental Operations (includes 135+ salaried employees, 850+ full-time hourly employees, and approximately 500 temp/casual hourly employees).

Lead all operations process areas of Fabrication, Paint & Finishing, Assembly, Maintenance & Facilities, and Environmental Operations across the entire campus. Significant leadership of safety initiatives including GrassRoots safety teams, and responsible for Continuous Improvement System implementation, through a foundational approach that includes Lean tool applications. Further responsible for implementation of seasonal surge operation to better align supply and demand volume curves, through use of split crews across 6 day work weeks during peak periods including the use of supplemental temporary employees.

Direct responsibility for all Assembly operations and engineering across the York site. Includes project leadership for implementation of $22M New Factory York Assembly reengineering project and systems with and ownership role in implementation of new Operating System across the campus, with focus on the proper support structure for the value-adder employees. Developed and implemented training and education of the hourly and salaried workforce on new operating system and culture transformation rollout.
