As the Purchasing Manager at DPA, I am dedicated to building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers. I am responsible for optimizing the company's purchasing responsibilities by closely monitoring stock levels, sales trends, and product performance. With a keen attention to detail and a strong analytical mind, I am able to identify opportunities to streamline our product range and improve our ordering processes. Additionally, I am focused on expanding DPA's product range by adding new and innovative products to our portfolio. My goal is to contribute to the company's growth and success by driving sales and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

During my time at R&J's QLD Warehouse, I fulfilled various responsibilities including providing customer service at the counter and over the phone, installing batteries in vehicles, managing merchandising and purchasing, working with national accounts, conducting monthly stocktakes, and assisting with general warehouse operations as needed. I approached each task with professionalism and dedication to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

During my first 3 years at Springers Solar I worked at the Capalaba shop. I was responsible for retail sales, which involved selling products over the counter and designing solar systems for customers. Additionally, I sold installations for our workshop installer to complete as well as purchasing responsibilities for the store. In the latter part of my role, I dedicated my time to building the Springers website, increasing sales, uploading products, processing and dispatching orders, providing customer live chat support, and recommending products to customers. I took pride in exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. My focus was on driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. My strong work ethic and dedication to the company's success allowed me to make significant contributions to the overall success of the organization.

Working at Alco Batteries from 2011 to 2016 provided me with invaluable experience and skills. Beginning in the Warehouse, I gained practical knowledge of packing orders, making deliveries, and basic inventory management. Advancing to a Counter Sales role, I further developed customer service and sales abilities. Upon the acquisition by Enirigi Metal Group, I was promoted to QLD Warehouse Supervisor, where I managed various tasks including answering inquiries, processing orders, and overseeing warehouse operations. My time at Alco Batteries laid a solid foundation for my subsequent role at Springers Solar, and I am grateful for the opportunities and growth that I experienced during my tenure.
